The basics

By placing an order with Ember Supply Co. (the "Store"), you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All products are printed to order; colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order with a full refund.

Orders & payment

Payment is captured automatically when you place your order through our secure checkout. Every order is reviewed by us before it's sent to production. We'll contact you if there's ever an issue with your order. Our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
